Lead and manage 16 Account Managers and more than 54 student-athlete partners (and one marching band member!)

-Led a team of eight to emulate brand image of "professional swagger" through research-backed strategy and campaign planning/promotion (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)

-Worked directly with athletes to develop research-backed social media marketing plans including caption bank, athletes to follow, stories v. in feed, brand outreach recommendations
